  • Machine learning-based predictions

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment

Surgeie offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial months or unused features
  • Price changes with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyie Global Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
